Privacy policy

In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 on personal data protection, the details that you give us will go on to be included in the Institute's Human Resources file.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and cancellation of these details by contacting the person responsible for the file in writing, either by e-mail to 20083(ELIMINAR), or through any of our Human Resources offices.

In any case, your details will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and in accordance with the regulations regarding data protection. They will only be used for the purpose of maintaining your working relationship with the IMAS.

Any suggestions you may send should, of course, include the necessary identification of the sender, or the e-mail from which they were sent. Send your suggestions to the Human Resources Department, which will attend to them and reply.

In relation to any details you enter, or change in your personal area, these will automatically change in our database, and can only be passed on to any public or private body in the supposed circumstance that this is legally permissible and obligatory. Under no circumstance will they be passed on to third parties, unless it is with your express consent or it is a legally authorised exception.

Similarly, you will be able to find in the section Human Resources---> Index ---> Manual of good working practice for employees, the preventive measures established by the Institute with the aim of guaranteeing the confidentiality and safety of the body's personal data, and with the purpose of complying with the precepts of the law.
