How to visit a family member
At the time of admission and discharge, a family member is allowed to accompany the patient to the hospitalisation unit.
During the stay, as long as the capacity of the units allows it and at the discretion of the supervision of each service and/or unit:
Inpatient units
- Visits every day from the first day of admission.
- 1 persons per visit.
- Opening hours: from 10:00 h to 20:00 h.
COVID or outbreak hospitalisation units
Inpatient units
- Visits every day from the first day of admission.
- 1 persons per visit.
- Opening hours: from 10:00 h to 20:00 h.
Critical and semi-critical care units
- Visits every day from the first day of admission.
- 1 persons per visit.
- Opening hours: from 10:00 h to 20:00 h.
Emergencies
- Access to boxes and corridors of the Restricted Area will not be allowed.
Exceptional cases (visiting regime according to the indications of the care team)
- Minors.
- Dementia and/or severe cognitive impairment.
- Acute confusional syndrome or delirium.
- Severe sensory deficit.
- Severe communication impairment (aphasia).
- End of life situation.
